Nose: Honey, Pineapples and Vanilla combine into a Fruity nose with a light Peppermint and Salt undertone
1st: Peppers and Sweet Citrus combine with a slight fresh Black Olive backdrop. There is a hint of Vanilla that underlies all 3 palates
2nd: Fruitiness fades, but the Salt of the Olive continues with a lot more Smokey charactoristics
3rd: Smokey and Peaty with a return of the Orange Citrus
Overall: The Vanilla and Fruits combines with a Peaty backbone to become a very smooth well rounded scotch.

Tristan
Nose: Becomes more Floral, exhibiting mostly Lavender tones, and even more Peppermint. Water brings out the Peppers, but makes it more ephemeral to the nose. There is also quite a strong Butter/Cake smell in it
1st: The Butter of the nose really comes through and dominates all 3 palates, however the first is quite a 'blue' palate
2nd: The Butter continues, but with a peak in the intensity of Heat, a hint of Peppers
3rd: Again, Butter throughout, which matures into a Cheesecake/Creme Caramel. This is quite Smooth and Sour, but not Tart
Overall: Clean, Smooth, with a hint of Sourness. The heightened Florals in the nose work well to create an easy to drink whisky. This is a nice drop, but I don't really find much in it that makes me say "Wow! I really like that" - however I had a slightly blocked nose this night, so that may have affected my tasting.
