The SMAC exists for the purpose of flavour discovery and palate development. Meetings are held once a month in Brisbane, Australia where members get together and drink delicious whisky without ever having to fork out too much. Basically we share the cost of the bottle(s) and then share our thoughts. Non-meeting tasting notes will be added too, so get in touch if you would like to contribute.

Session #2

Tuesday 5 June - 7pm.
RSVP by Monday 4 June. Please don't just turn up.
Divers (and those taking it easy): $8 includes 4x 15-20mL serves plus palate cleansers.
Drinkers: $15 includes above plus a couple more drams after the official tastings.
BYO Crystal glass if you have.

In Session #1 we looked at the broad Highlands and its variations. Session #2 sees us tasting and discussing Lowlands and Speyside malts. You might learn something, but at the very least good whisky drinkers make good company.
